Homemade Dumplings & Batagor

Homemade Siomay & Batagor


Materials
1/2 kg of meat fish mackerel
5 cloves garlic + 5 cloves shallots
green onion, finely sliced
2 tbsp fish sauce + 1 tbsp cooking oil
1 1/2 tbsp granulated sugar
100 gr pumpkin, grated (not squeezed water)
200-250 gr sago flour tani
3 eggs, beaten

Peanuts:
200 gr, fried peanut puree
2 cloves garlic, lightly fried, puree
2 red chilies, fruit puree
